We have a one year old Sheltie with severe anxiety issues. The staff at Salisbury Vet are amazing, and I would highly recommend them, especially if you have a pet with anxiety/behaviour problems. From the moment I booked the initial consult, the staff had formulated a treatment plan that was personalised to Theo, and would reduce potential triggers for him. Ensuring that the waiting room would be empty, spending time on the floor with Theo dispensing treats – making the visit as stress free and calm as possible.Vet Lauren, what can I say! I did not feel rushed during the consult, I felt that my concerns were validated. Lauren ensured an individualised plan specific to Theo. She was gentle and calm in her approach with him, he followed her out to the back room, and even allowed Lauren a sneaky cuddle.
I would highly recommend Salisbury Vet to anyone who’s pet requires that extra special care and attention. I am extremely happy to have found Theo’s medical family!
We have been with Salisbury Vet Surgery for many years and our cat and 2 dogs are always happy to greet all staff and relaxed when visiting for a check-up or consultation. The appointments mainly allow us to fit them around work commitments and all staff are dedicated and friendly! Thank you!
Great experience with this vet clinic. I needed to see a vet for my dog Louis who had an ear infection and allergy hot spot on this cheek. They got me in within the hour. Vet was kind and clear with me. Gave me what was required to treat the issue. Staff also helped me with recording the inserting of the ointment in his ear so I could show other family members how it needed to be applied. Really helpful, really compassionate and very prompt service. Would highly recommend.

My Vet for over 10yrs, all Staff friendly and willing to help with whatever is needed, from Teeth Surgery to helping with giving medication to an obstinate Cavillier every 3 mths. Would recommend this Vet for sure.
